Representing individuals and families in all aspects of estate planning,
probate & trust administration, elder law, and tax planning matters,
Rebecca J. Burchell is a valued member of the DARS
legal team. In addition to her focus on family and individuals, Rebecca
also represents emerging
and established businesses with a specific concentration on general
business, real estate and tax related issues. She is a member of the
Maryland State
Bar Association and the Women’s
Bar Association of Maryland, and serves as the Secretary for the
Estates and Trusts/Elder Law Section of the Howard
County Bar Association. Rebecca received
her undergraduate degree from Goucher College, and her Juris Doctorate
and Masters of Taxation degrees from the University of Baltimore School
of Law. She is admitted to the Maryland Court of Appeals.
