 Jeffrey T. Agnor brings over 20 years of experience to our firm's Business, Transactional and Tax Group. His practice areas include: Business Formation and Finance; Corporate Governance; Mergers & Acquisitions; Private Offerings; Commercial Real Estate; Loan Transactions; Intellectual Property; Employment Law & Executive Compensation; Stockholder Disputes; Taxation; and Business Succession Planning. Jeff represents both emerging and established businesses in a broad range of industries, as well as non-profit organizations. Jeff has been active in supporting entrepreneurial initiatives in our business community, serving as Chair of the Howard Community College Task Force on Developing Entrepreneurs and as Chair of the HCC Advisory Board for the Center for Entrepreneurial and Business Excellence; and he is also a past board member of Project Vision Share, Inc., a non-profit organization supporting entrepreneurs. Jeff is a past President of the Howard County Arts Council, and is current Chair of the Advocacy Board for Rep Stage. He also served for seven years on the Board of Directors of Leadership Howard County. Jeff received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor on the Maryland Law Review. Jeff is a member of the Intellectual Property Sections of the American Bar Association, and the Business Law and Labor & Employment Law Sections of the Maryland State Bar Association.
